HI,I’m Katie!

I’m a therapist, coach and yoga teacher, and I’ve spent most of my adult life running on the too-busy treadmill!

In my former profession, I spent 15 years working in a fast-paced, often stressful environment. I was always busy, always saying “yes” and always tired! I thought that was just “how life was”. I didn’t realise I had a choice, until I was forced to slow down.

For the past 7 years I’ve been learning about myself and my clients so that I can pass on my experience and help you achieve the same transformation: from stressed, distracted and unhappy to calm, present and content.

My mission is to give you and women like you the time, space and knowledge to free yourself from constant doing and see life through a different lens.
